About the Vice Presidency for Shared Services Office
The Office of the Vice President for Shared Services is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Vice President’s directives. It works to enhance operational efficiency and improve the quality of services by providing administrative and organizational support, as well as coordinating activities among the departments affiliated with the Vice Presidency.
The Office also oversees official correspondence and transactions, prepares periodic reports, organizes meetings and committees, and coordinates with relevant entities to ensure timely execution and effective integration of operations.
Responsibilities of the Office of the Vice President for Shared Services
- Organize the administrative operations of the Office and oversee the implementation of the Vice President’s directives.
- Prepare and draft official letters and correspondence and manage the Vice Presidency’s email communications.
- Monitor the progress of transactions and prepare periodic reports on completion rates.
- Follow up on delayed transactions and take the necessary actions to ensure their timely completion.
- Coordinate the Vice President’s schedule and organize meetings and committee sessions.
- Receive and assist employees, visitors, and beneficiaries.
- Coordinate with the departments affiliated with the Vice Presidency and relevant entities.
- Contribute to the development of work procedures and enhance administrative performance to achieve quality and institutional excellence.
- Coordinate with internal and external entities regarding the responsibilities and functions of the Vice Presidency.
- Perform any other duties assigned to the Office within the scope of its responsibilities.
