The Law Department at the College of Science and Theoretical Studies offers a distinguished Bachelor’s program that keeps pace with legislative developments and integrates both Sharia and statutory laws within a comprehensive academic framework. The department aims to prepare highly qualified legal professionals by providing students with knowledge of the Saudi judicial systems and developing their skills in legal analysis and systematic handling of practical cases. It also seeks to graduate a generation of legal experts capable of serving society across various judicial and legal sectors and actively contributing to supporting the justice system and development in the Kingdom. The program aims to prepare specialized and qualified graduates capable of actively contributing to various development sectors and keeping up with global academic and scientific advancements in the field of law. This is achieved by enabling students to acquire the legal knowledge and skills that enhance their competitiveness and elevate their academic and practical proficiency.
The program also seeks to address the shortage of academically and professionally qualified national legal professionals and to achieve self-sufficiency in national competencies through local and international partnerships that support continuous development and strengthen both theoretical and applied integration.

Law is a fundamental pillar upon which nations stand and civilizations are built; it organizes life in societies and is the foundation for a country’s prosperity.

Aristotle said: “At its best, man is the noblest of beings, but when separated from law and justice, he becomes the worst.”

God has blessed this noble country with a solid and enduring legal system derived from Islamic Sharia. Within the framework of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, our beloved nation has witnessed a transformative shift in its legal and legislative environment, with the issuance and updating of numerous laws and the adoption of a distinguished governance framework for enacting regulations.

At the Law Department, we are committed to providing students with distinguished legal courses and curricula that meet their academic and practical needs, preparing them to be competitive in the job market and to achieve their aspirations.

Through blended learning, the Law Department offers flexible education tailored to students’ circumstances and needs, using the best educational technologies to create an academic environment based on communication and information technology. This enables students to experience a unique learning journey that combines traditional teaching with self-directed learning.
