Educational Platforms Department

The Learning Platforms Department is responsible for operating and managing the University's learning platforms, primarily the Learning Management System (LMS). Its responsibilities include configuring course sections and academic courses, managing user permissions, monitoring data integration with academic systems, handling requests and service tickets, and providing operational and technical support to students, faculty members, and colleges.
