E-Assessment Department

The Electronic Assessments Department is responsible for managing and operating the University's electronic assessment system. Its responsibilities include preparing and configuring online examinations, managing user permissions, supporting online proctoring systems, monitoring system readiness before and during examination periods, and coordinating with colleges and relevant stakeholders to ensure the efficient and reliable delivery of electronic assessments.

The Department also oversees operational incident management, prepares periodic reports and performance statistics, and updates examination guidelines and procedures to enhance the quality and overall experience of electronic assessments.
