Practical Training

The practical training provides students with the opportunity to engage in a real work environment. The internship course functions as an educational workshop involving the student, a faculty member, and a supervisor from the training organization. The learning in this course covers the educational outcomes specified in the practical training model and the training agreement signed between the university and the training organization.

The learning process is monitored on-site through regular meetings between the student and the supervising faculty member. The practical training concludes with a report prepared by the student according to a specific template, detailing the sequence of tasks performed during the training and the achieved educational outcomes.

Eighth Semester (10 Weeks)

To register for the practical training, students must have completed at least 90 credit hours of the program.

6 Hours.

Understand the expected performance of various functions related to the student’s concentration area.
Apply academic learning in the workplace.
Develop the trainee’s professional awareness.
Enhance the trainee’s understanding of work and business ethics.
Develop oral and written communication skills and recognize the importance of communication within the organization.
Demonstrate problem-solving capabilities.
Exhibit awareness of organizational behavior and management practices.
Demonstrate and develop critical thinking skills.
Gain practical experience beyond what is offered in the classroom.
Enhance overall understanding of organizational structure and work processes.

40% – Training activities (evaluated by the professional supervisor).
30% – Understanding and attendance compliance (evaluated by the academic supervisor).
30% – Evaluation of the content and methodology of the practical training report.
