The responsibilities of the Office of the Director General of Digital Transformation include the following:

• Developing and implementing the digital transformation strategy in alignment with the organization’s directions.
• Overseeing digital initiatives and projects and monitoring their implementation.
• Developing electronic services and enhancing the beneficiary experience.
• Governing digital systems and applications and ensuring their integration.
• Supporting innovation and the transition toward modern technologies.
• Enhancing information security and data protection in coordination with relevant entities.
• Measuring digital performance and monitoring digital transformation indicators.
• Coordinating with internal departments and relevant entities to achieve digital integration.
