Department's Task
- Supervising and monitoring all matters related to course registration and initial enrollment.
- Providing the Deanship’s feedback on newly proposed study plans from the colleges and updating them in the academic system after approval.
- Monitoring course add, drop, and modification processes.
- Coordinating with the university’s colleges regarding class schedules and ensuring their readiness before the start of the semester.
- Participating in the preparation of the academic calendar concerning registration.
- Implementing grade modifications submitted by the colleges.
- Completing semester-end procedures after grades have been posted and the cumulative GPA calculated.
- Participating in closing the semester, calculating students’ GPA, and activating the next semester.
- Registering visiting students from outside the university after issuing a university ID from the Admissions Department, based on availability.
