Department's Task

Overseeing the implementation of the university’s admission policy and coordinating with colleges to determine the required numbers and admission conditions for each college in accordance with the university’s policy.
Monitoring electronic admission procedures, issuing final admission lists, and entering them into the academic system.
Implementing transfer and change-of-major processes within or outside the university in accordance with the governing regulations.
Auditing the files of admitted students electronically and archiving them in accordance with the regulations governing the receipt, auditing, and preservation of files at the Deanship after confirmation in the academic system.
Organizing admission procedures for non-Saudi male and female students in accordance with the approved admission policy.
Issuing university identification cards for admitted students.
Processing withdrawal requests from the university submitted by students through the electronic portal.
Preparing periodic reports and statistics related to admission affairs.
